ARAKANLAND
Bangladesh-Arakan Border- General Moung Thein Tan, 61, former 2nd Commander in charge of Arakan Army (AA), passed away in Bangladesh-Arakan border on December 15, 2011. He gave his life as a sacrifice for his National Independence Movement. He was a trustworthy Commander as well as valuable soldier of Arakan Army. During he undertook as Commander, he led a miseable life with his comrades in the jungle. He was one of the trailblazer of Arakan Army and strongly obeyed the discipline. He was also a former comrade of Arakan Independence Organization (AIO) both led by late U San Kyaw Tun M.A (General Secretary) and late U Tun Shwe Moung (President). He was invloving one of the Arakan Independence Army's comrades who marched as long march from Khachin to Arakn in 1971. And he was the best Camp Commander and closed to undertake under the command of late President U Kyaw Hlaing, who served as a successive leader of AIO and co- founder of National United Front of Arakan (N.U.F.A.) His funeral will be held on December 17. 2011. He lift his wife Daw Aye Aye Khaing ( former nurse of Arakan Army), Two dauthers and One son.
ရခိုင္ျပည္တပ္မေတာ္(AA) ဒုစစ္ဦးစီးခ်ဳပ္ေဟာင္း ကြယ္လြန္
ရခိုင္ျပည္-ဘဂၤလာ-အိႏၵိယ သံုးႏိုင္ငံနယ္စပ္ေဒသ အေျခစိုက္ ရခိုင္ျပည္တပ္မေတာ္ (Arakan Army – AA) ဒုစစ္ဦးစီးခ်ဳပ္ေဟာင္း ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ ေမာင္သိန္းတန္ (ခ) ေမာင္သိန္းေရႊ သည္ ယေန႔ ေန႔လည္တြင္ ရခိုင္ျပည္ႏွင့္ ကပ္လွ်က္တည္ရွိသည့္ ဘဂၤလာ နယ္စပ္ တေနရာတြင္ ကြယ္လြန္ သြားေၾကာင္း သိရွိရသည္။
ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ ေမာင္သိန္းတန္(၆၁)ႏွစ္ ယခုကဲ့သို႔ မကြယ္လြန္မီအထိ ရခိုင္ျပည္လြတ္လပ္ေရး၊ ကိုယ္ပိုင္ဆံုးျဖတ္ ျပ႒ာန္းပိုင္ခြင့္ အျပည့္ အ၀ရရွိေရး၊ ဒီမိုကေရစီေရးႏွင့္ အေျခခံလူ႔အခြင့္အေရးမ်ား ရရွိေရးတို႔အတြက္ ရခိုင္ျပည္အမ်ိဳးသားညီၫြတ္ေရးပါတီ(NUPA)ႏွင့္ ရခိုင္ျပည္တပ္မေတာ္(AA)တို႔၌ အမ်ိဳးသားေရးဘက္မွ မားမား မတ္မတ္ ရပ္တည္ခဲ့ၿပီး ရန္သူစစ္အုပ္စုအား တိုက္ပြဲ၀င္ရင္း ကြယ္လြန္သြားခဲ့သည့္ မ်ိဳးခ်စ္သူရဲေကာင္း ျဖစ္သည္။
ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္၏ မိသားစု၀င္မ်ားႏွင့္အတူ ေတာ္လွန္ေရး ရဲေဘာ္ရဲဘက္မ်ားက ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ ေမာင္သိန္းတန္ အား ေတာ္လွန္ေရး လုပ္ထံုးလုပ္နည္းမ်ားႏွင့္အညီ ဒီဇဘၤာလ (၁၇)ရက္ေန႔တြင္ ေျမျမႇဳပ္သၿဂိဳလ္သြားမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သိရွိရသည္။
ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္တြင္ ဇနီးႏွင့္အတူ သမီးႏွစ္ေယာက္ႏွင့္ သားတေယာက္ က်န္ရစ္ခဲ့ၿပီး မကြယ္လြန္မီ ႏိုင္ငံေရး၊ ေတာ္လွန္ေရး ဒဏ္ကို ႀကံ့ႀကံ့ခံလွ်က္ ကိုယ္က်ိဳးမဖက္ ရပ္တည္ေနထိုင္ခဲ့သူ ျဖစ္သည္။
ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ ေမာင္သိန္းတန္မွာ ပါတီႏွင့္တပ္မေတာ္တြင္ မၿငိဳးမငင္ က်ရာေနရာတာ၀န္မ်ားကိုတေသြမတိမ္းထမ္းေဆာင္ခဲ့သူျဖစ္သည္။
ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္သည္ ၁၉၇၁ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ KIO နယ္ေျမမွ ရခိုင္ျပည္လြတ္လပ္ ေရးအဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္ (AIO)တပ္ျဖင့္ ကုန္းလမ္းခရီးရွည္ကို ပထမဆံုး ျဖတ္ေက်ာ္ၿပီး ရခိုင္ျပည္သို႔ အေရာက္လာခဲ့သည့္ သူရဲေကာင္း တဦးျဖစ္သည္။
